Shows You the Most, Part 15

This Friday, September 6th, Pyramid Minds will be performing at the Soup Kitchen Cafe in Fishtown (2146 East Susquehanna Avenue, Philadelphia, PA) for the first Friday festivities from 7 to 9PM. We've been keeping it kind of mellow these days since our set at the Random Tea Room (or, at least trying to).

September 8th, doing a solo set at the Green Line Cafe on Locust Street in West Philadelphia (4426 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA). I will be joining Duet for Theremin and Lap Steel, and AP Vague. Show time is a hard 6PM, and bring 5 ducats.

September 11th, I will be joining Kohoutek, in support of Richard Youngs first ever solo US tour! This will be happening at the Old First Reformed Church (151 N. 4th Street (at Race Street), Philadelphia). Also on the bill will be Scott Churchman; you better bring 12 ducats. Here is a write up for the show in the Philadelphia City Paper: link

Pyramid Minds have a show coming up at the Random Tea Room, located right around the corner from Honey's on North 4th Street. Also playing that evening is Grex, a Bay Area art-rock outfit led by Karl A.D. Evangelista, Margaret Rei Scampavia, and Robert Lopez. Headlining the evening is a electric / acoustic guitar duo of Drew Gardner and Jesse Sheppard.

Whoa! / New Project

First, I want to apologize for the lack of updates. For the past month, I have been unable to use my laptop due to an unfortunate accident. This problem will be alleviated some time soon (hopefully). Since you're here anyway:

I've been recently involved in a new project called Pyramid Minds. This project includes myself on guitar, Jeff Daniels (not the actor) of Blackest Lava and Burden on drums, and now joining in on the fun is Mr. Mattheweikel on electronics. This has been a fun group to play in, and we have been recording some of this fun, just so you don't miss out. There are plenty of recordings to download on our Bandcamp site, and you can also "like" us on Facebook.
